Rentals units are rented for a minimum of one month. A 3 day notice is requested upon intent to terminate the rental agreement.
A security deposit is required. It will be returned upon termination of agreement and inspection of unit by Lock and Roll Storage owner.
Rents not paid by the 5th of every month will be subject to a $25 late fee. Please see lease for additional information.
Payments may be made online or in person at our office at 1202 Meadowdale Road, Fairmont, WV

First month is prorated. There will be no proration for the last month of the lease agreement.
Insurance for the contents of the unit is the responsibility of the renter. Insurance may be purchased at the time of lease signing.
